I build production teams and systems for difficult creative and technical work.
After more than 20 years in production, I have learned that scale does not come from pushing talented people to move faster. It comes from clear decisions, useful systems, real trust, and room to lead. At Monks, I put that principle into practice by leading a 20-person production organization within the Google account, unifying teams across countries, developing producers and project management leaders, and helping turn experimental work into a global production program.
Today, I apply AI to practical production challenges, from high-fidelity previsualization that brings post-production feedback into the process earlier to internal tools that reduce coordination and iteration. I am deeply interested in AI, not for its novelty, but for how it can help people think more clearly, make better decisions, and deliver more ambitious work without sacrificing judgment or responsibility.
Outside of production, I take pictures, write, and build side projects.
